“Pathetic”
We showed up at the hotel only to find out they'd cancelled our reservation at the last minute. They then offered us a room at a different hotel, but it was subpar and would have cost us more. It was a totally unprofessional approach.
They didn't have our room ready and transferred us to another hotel. Even after a lot of discussion, they gave us a substandard room. It was pretty frustrating.
“Nice hotel”
The hotel room and restaurant were okay, the food was actually really good, but everything else was just fine, nothing special.
“Good hotel”
The room and hotel were nice, the service and restaurant were good too, but to be honest, everything was just alright, nothing stood out as exceptional.
