The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch

“Worse room, facility, views, and a shitty front desk and staff. Better service at motel 6.”

The building looked nice at first glance, but the room was scorching hot and nothing could be done to cool it down. It was also tiny, not clean when I arrived, and the view was awful—just a bulldozer, a construction fence, and a road. That’s not what I expected.

Everything was just fantastic. The service in the restaurants was exceptional, and we want to give a special shoutout to LUKSA and RAMONA for their outstanding attention. They really made our stay special.

“Excellent stay and sure will be back”

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. The food was also amazing, and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience.

“Overall, it was a ok experience. I don't think is worth the money”

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location and scenery were absolutely stunning, and the convenience of being able to ski right from the hotel was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the lack of snow really put a damper on our stay. On the other hand, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, the food was pretty underwhelming for the price, and the breakfast buffet was a rip-off considering the quality of the offerings.

“Never again”

The hotel's prime location is definitely a major plus, but unfortunately, it's not the only thing that's great about this place. What really gets my goat is when you're not told about the extra fees upfront - it's like they're trying to sneak them in on you. And don't even get me started on the late-night vacuuming in the hallway - 11 PM is way too late for that.
