Slippers, nightwear, air purifiers, and unit baths with hairdryers are provided. On-site parking is available for an additional fee, and a nearby affiliated lot is used when full. The 12th-floor restaurant "Asama" serves Japanese breakfasts with locally grown white rice.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the station, the staff are friendly and the services are varied, plus the evening snack was a nice bonus; however, the prices are high for a city like Nagano that isn’t as touristy as the capital.
