La Garoupe-Gardiole Boutique Hotel

“Lovely pool, and boutique hotel with friendly staff.”

I stayed at this charming boutique hotel and loved the pool. The outdoor bar and lounge were cozy and well laid out, and when the bar closed a vending machine offered drinks and snacks. The staff were friendly, especially director Caroline who handled everything efficiently and even granted us a late check‑out, which was a big help. Towels were provided for the pool area, and light lunches were available at the bar, though there was no full restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and I’m already planning a return visit. The only downside was that our room was quite small and the air‑conditioning didn’t cool very well.

The staff were friendly, but the pool was cold and the room was small. Breakfast was just average, and the only dining option within walking distance was a single restaurant.

“En oase for kjærester”

It was an oasis in Cap d’Antibes. The hotel had a nice garden with several seating areas, free bath towels, and the pool area was quiet and calm. The breakfast was good and the service everywhere was excellent. We did miss a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel was very beautiful and homely, with extremely friendly and English‑speaking staff who gave us great travel tips. Without a car we relied on the bus if we wanted to go elsewhere, like Antibes, which required planning. The bus stop was right next to the hotel and buses ran about once an hour. In the evenings the last bus from Antibes left at 18.40.
