The room had just been updated and looked great. Breakfast was tasty and the sauna was a nice touch. The hotel sits close to the ferry terminals and a tram stop about 200 metres away, but if the weather was bad walking into town would not be an option.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and well kept, with all the necessary facilities. I will definitely come back to Helsinki anytime. The room upgrade with sea view was offered, but only a building was visible; the upgrade costs were low and the other promised services were delivered. The breakfast could have more variety.

The hotel is very centrally located, and we can easily reach many places on foot. The hotel facilities also look very nice at first glance. The bottom of the shower enclosure is not properly sealed, so water spreads all over the bathroom. We expected to have a kettle in the room, and having hotel slippers would also be important. The towels are reusable, but there is nowhere to hang them or let them dry. As a result, the towels remain wet until the next day, and since they are not replaced, we have to use damp towels again
