We were welcomed warmly, even in French, and the advice about the stay was useful and pleasant. The neighborhood is easy to reach with the vaporetto and the station is just 100 m away. It was calm for peaceful nights and the evenings brought a nice change of atmosphere. The only issue was a water pressure problem in the shower, probably due to Venice itself, and the lights had a timed trigger – just minor details.

The mattresses were very good and we slept superbly. The yellowed toilet lid bothered us, and there was also a urine smell.

The owner was friendly and offered excellent advice. The breakfast had limited options, and the shower pressure was quite average.
