I really liked the room and was pleased with how clean the hotel and its surroundings were. I realize that without the event happening, the hotel could be excellent thanks to its facilities. The manager was excellent and very helpful, but the front desk staff were not friendly, and the rest of the staff around the hotel were also not very welcoming. The event itself brought too many intoxicated people into the property, getting out of control. I’ve attended similar events elsewhere where alcohol was either not sold or sold in a more controlled manner, so I didn’t feel safe staying here. Parking was another inconvenience: it’s quite far from the hotel, there’s no transportation or shuttle service, so guests have to walk a considerable distance to get to and from the hotel.

“A very convenient place to stay if you are in the international Boulevard area”

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the Italian restaurant inside the hotel was exceptional with delicious food.

The hotel, its restaurants, and spas are all conveniently located. The food was delicious, the restaurant suggestions varied, pool service was good, and the staff were very friendly. The only drawback is the parking, which is far from the hotel unless you opt for valet parking.
