The facilities, staff, and restaurant were all good, but the shower water was lacking.

Nothing is a scam. They show pictures of blue sea and it is a river. Rio Soco. It is a disaster: the air conditioning doesn’t work, the TV doesn’t work, and the internet doesn’t work.

The service is fantastic and I congratulate them on that, but the rooms should be more modern and have a better comfortable touch in line with current times.

The room and the facilities were of very good quality, but the beach had a lot of jellyfish and algae, and the water was not transparent or turquoise – it was rather dark, which we didn’t like.

The food, room, and service were all excellent, and every employee was friendly; the entertainment by the pool was the best, especially the guy Francis (bubble), and everyone else was very nice 👍
