The value for money is right, the views are beautiful, and the inner garden is lovely; the location is ideal if you’re passing through the city, as it’s right at the exit of Nogales. The pool is nice together with the garden. The room feels neglected and a bit old, and the breakfast is misleadingly advertised as included; if you don’t take only what’s in the continental (whatever that means) they’ll charge extra. The waiting room has no seats, and the waitress was rude.

The location was fine, but there were no towels or any personal cleaning items, the bathroom was dirty with hair, and there was no hot water (it was fixed after a while).

Bad experience; my reservation wasn’t respected. The receptionist said I had made the booking after 10 pm and it didn’t show up.

The hotel had nice touches like good lotions and soaps, a pleasant scent everywhere, and it was quiet and peaceful; I felt safe and well cared for, the rooms were very comfortable, the food was great, and the wait staff were nice. The price was high, but I understand the city is business‑centric and not very pretty; still, the Fiesta Inn is a gem amid the squalor.
