Food and beverage were okay and the location was good. The room needs updating—TV, for example, and toiletries were missing; the shaver wasn’t there. Prices have risen, but the service offered to guests hasn’t improved.

I was told I’d have to check out at 11 am—ridiculous.

The overall facilities, cleanliness and services were solid. Still, dust was visible in the wardrobe and other areas; housekeeping could have done a better job, especially with the early 11 am check‑out time.

The check‑in process was very slow, and the deposit wasn’t refunded after 21 days; I will sue the hotel.

Good overall, but breakfast was too expensive for the value.
