“Chris the general manager was very accommodating.”
Breakfast was weak, and the night‑shift clerk was extremely unprofessional 💯.

The room was nice, big, and in a good location, yet check‑in took longer than expected because they couldn’t figure out how to switch the card on file; the tub wasn’t clean when we arrived, the bed was hard, the pillows were stained, the lights were burnt out, and the staff was not very detailed on how to get to the room, almost as if we annoyed her asking for directions.
The staff was great, the room was cleaned, the bed was comfortable, and the shower felt great; next year we will stay there again.

The location was super convenient, and the young lady on the afternoon shift was beyond friendly and made our day, but the place was definitely run down; I had to pull multiple cups and garbage from under our beds, and we had to switch rooms because a horrible sour‑milk smell from the fridge was so strong!

The girl with the dark curly hair at the front desk was very rude; I arrived to check in at 3:00 and was told there wasn’t even one clean room ready. When I finally got a room it was gross—the carpet was filthy, the chair was embedded with stains and absolutely disgusting, and the worst part was that one of the beds had ants crawling all over it. It was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed, and I would never go back!
