“Ira un super cap de semana 🙏🤣 BRAVO👐👌”
I liked almost everything, except the small issue of the refrigerator (Nebira). The lack of a fridge isn’t a big deal, but it’s still a missing feature!

Breakfast wasn’t served; I arrived during the time listed in the email, but everything was closed, so I called and was told they would open a bit later. Then I received a WhatsApp message saying they wouldn’t open at all. I asked about a nearby café and it was right next door. Everything else was fine.

The staff were helpful, but the over‑abundant technology required to open the doors was unnecessary and confusing for older guests. The place was clean, yet the rooms clearly need a serious renovation.

What I liked most was the location and the cleanliness. I dislike that there’s no reception in the hotel. It’s chaotic and you can’t find anyone for questions or concerns. The worst part was that when I left, I left my iPhone charger in the room. My friends went to claim it the next day and were told there was nothing. Watch out for their staff! Thank you.

The television was okay. The bed was small and old, the room was unbearably hot, the air conditioner didn’t work— they say it connects automatically, but the room stayed above 30°C and the AC failed. When you complain, they say the outside temperature is lower and they won’t connect it. The shower overflowed, the rubber gaskets were detached from the sink, and the sink door couldn’t be opened because the handle screws were loose. Without a doubt, the worst place I’ve stayed.
