“A traditional comfortable hotel”

We spent two nights at the Traditional Comfort after a rough ride from the EBC and immediately felt welcomed. The room was spacious and everything in the bathroom worked fine, though the wooden cups for shampoo and body wash were hard to keep upright while using them. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lija and Sandesh who stood out with their professionalism, and the food was excellent. Breakfast was cooked to order and plentiful, but we found it odd that eggs were served separately from the other items. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions. The roof terrace was unusable because of the weather, but we would definitely return. The local dogs were a bit noisy.

Everything: service, friendly and helpful porters, pleasant reception, good food, beautiful hotel, excellent location, comfortable rooms, good meals.

“Aesthetically a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.”

I admired the building’s design and the attention to furniture and décor. The room was roomy and featured nice touches, such as windows opening above a long table for seating. The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was average.
