The location was excellent—walking distance to everything in Piestrasanta and to the railway station. Check‑in went smoothly and the room was lovely. The hosts were very accommodating. I would definitely return. I cannot find any fault.

Just a short walk from Piazza del Duomo, on a quiet, characteristic side street, Beatrice was extremely helpful and met every need I had; I will definitely come back.

The room was very spacious and comfortable—mine was on the first floor after a flight of stairs, but there were also ground‑floor options. It offered plenty of storage, clean towels and linen, and a communal balcony for drying items. The breakfast area had several food options, and there was a phenomenal bakery just outside. The train and bus stations were a 5‑minute walk away, and a variety of lovely dining spots were right on your doorstep. I arrived during peak summer, so the communal areas were boiling hot, but the room’s air‑con was brilliant. I only learned at the end of the trip that the dining area also had air‑con, but it wasn’t in use.

We only stayed one night, so we didn’t get to explore the town or use the hotel’s facilities, but the room was comfortable, clean, welcoming and quiet.

The hotel is clean, the owners are helpful and friendly, it feels like a boutique home, and it’s in a central location.
