Locanda Gli Ulivi, nestled in Monteveglio's hills, offers rustic-chic rooms with stone walls, brickwork, and wood beams. The charming inn features a traditional restaurant, panoramic outdoor pool, and free parking. Surrounded by Emilian countryside and vineyards, it's near the Abbazia di Monteveglio Regional Park, midway between Bologna and Modena, with access to Ferrari, Ducati, and Lamborghini museums.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was wonderful, and the location was fantastic. The only drawback was the bed, which could have been better.

It was a unique experience to find such a kind, peaceful place among the hills. I really liked the comfortable, spacious room, its equipment and cleanliness. The view of the surrounding mountains and valleys was fantastic, and the pool area was very classy with a great panorama of the area. I appreciated the family‑like atmosphere of the restaurant; every evening it was full and it was great to see how lively the place was. The accommodation is easy to reach by car, parking is simple, and if you arrive in an electric car you can charge it. It’s a good starting point for exploring the region! Two things I would improve: first, the quality of the food in the restaurant is quite variable – some dishes are very good, others less so. Second, the breakfast selection is odd: the fresh egg dishes are tasty, but there is no ham or bread, which is strange because bread is served at dinner.
