The location that it is in. Unprofessional, some old lady was made to sit at the reception who doesn't know how to be professional and acts like a strict aunt, there was no hot water, they said the water got over and the switch had tripped when i call to inform them the same, the aunty in the reception was like "Arre sir wait karo", i waited for an hour yet there was no hot water. Room had bad smell I had to open the window all night because of the smell, toiletries were not there had to call multiple times to get it. Overall they think they are running a charity house

Room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. Bathroom (WC, shower and basin) was very clean. Further scope to make it spotless
