An exclusive boutique hotel right in the centre, just a few seconds from the Clock Tower; upon arrival we were given a welcome cocktail, a 10‑minute massage, and a cold towel because it was very hot. The breakfast is amazing, the pool on the roof is great, and overall it’s a 10‑star hotel. One small drawback: I would have liked a beach umbrella at the pool because it was too hot.

The location couldn’t have been better! Right near the square where the walking tours meet, and just a short walk to the pier for the daily boat tours to the islands. You really couldn’t fault the location. The staff were next level and went above and beyond throughout our stay, especially Ronald, who was absolutely excellent! Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Colombia. It started with a beautiful fresh fruit plate, followed by eggs cooked exactly how you like them, then lovely bread with jams. Such a great way to start the day. The rooms were a really nice surprise too. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was the best! The pool area was perfect and, despite being such a lovely space, was never busy. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena. Fantastic location, wonderful staff, great breakfast and everything you need for a really comfortable stay!

The location was excellent, the design attractive, and the staff very friendly. The rooms, however, were tiny and narrow with no space for luggage, though they did move us to a slightly larger room when three of us were crammed into one.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Walled City, close to Cartagena’s main sights. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast was tasty, with a wide selection of fresh items. Great for anyone looking for comfort and a prime spot!
