The hotel’s location is excellent, service is superb, and I was especially pleased with the staff member Fatjona’s great knowledge of Russian (sorry if I misremembered the name). She helped with everything! Everything else was fine.
The hotel’s conference area and office‑visit setup are well‑designed for business; if you’re coming for a conference it’s very good, but it doesn’t fit a city tour. The big advantage is that a tram runs right in front of it and goes straight to the city center.

The location is good, breakfast is fine, and Elif was the best. The reception and the walls were not great.
The hotel feels brand‑new, welcoming and spotless, with a spacious, comfy room and a secure, guarded parking lot, plus a great breakfast. The receptionist mistakenly charged us for three rooms, overcharging us by almost €100; they admitted the mistake and promised a refund, yet almost a month after checkout I still had to contact the staff to check on it. The property sits far from the city centre—Samsun is huge and the hotel is in a peripheral area—but that worked for us since we were just stopping over on a motorbike trip, although we ended up paying a hefty taxi fare to reach a restaurant.
