It was my first time at Belvedere and I loved the beautiful renovation, yet as a four‑star hotel some details could be better—soap and shampoo in the room’s bathroom would be handy so I wouldn’t have to bring my own, and while they were present, their quality could improve.

The décor was modern, but the cleaning was subpar: mold appeared in the shower area, the sink wasn’t fully cleaned in the corners beneath its cover, and a simpler sink design might have helped.

DEGEABA au locatie frumoasa, daca in camere miroase a HAZNA!. Am locuit in camera 711. MIROSUL DE CANALIZARE ERA INSUPORTABIL. Cred ca la fel era si daca locuiam intr-un canal, nu intr-o camera de hotel de 4*. Degeaba treceam si de 2 ori /zi pe la receptie sa-i rog sa puna clor, absorbante de miros, etc. pentr-ca nu se lua nici o masura. Spalatul, dormitul erau insuportabile. NU INTELEG CUM UN ASTFEL DE HOTEL A PRIMIT 4*!!! La vecini mirosul era prezent doar in baie, impreuna cu roiuri de furnici

curățenia. Este mare nevoie de aspirator pentru camere si de insistat cu curatenia pe la rosturi, colturi din băi

The location and facilities were fine, but the cleanliness was not great, the food was mediocre in both quantity and quality, and the towel service was lacking.
