The location is fine. The room was too small and cramped for two adults and two children.

The staff were brilliant and very friendly. The cleanliness and nearby shops were good for a pleasant experience 👌 👍

The hotel is close to a bus route, so we could easily reach our destinations. Nothing else to note.

The room was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that some staff members, especially at reception, were not friendly at all.

Everything from the staff to the rooms to breakfast was great. Compliments. Nothing to add.
