“Fantastic property with ideal location and great host!”

The spot was amazing! It’s right in the city center with everything nearby. The room came with a nice coffee machine and capsules we liked. We were very happy with the host, Henk, who was kind and gave us great tips on things to do in Utrecht and nearby restaurants. When we had an emergency, Henk was very helpful. I definitely recommend it! We were happy with everything.

“Smallish living space but nice courtyard and very friendly helpful host. Location couldnt be better”

The location was great and the host, Henk, communicated well and offered useful links and suggestions. The space is small but the lovely courtyard made it feel airy. The shower/bathroom setup was a bit awkward: the shower controls were outside the cubicle and the sink was separate from the toilet, but everything worked and was very clean.

Nice spot, quiet but close to stations, restaurants and museums. The host, Henk, is helpful and quick to reply. Carrying suitcases on the brick‑paved streets isn’t ideal; taking a bus makes it a lot easier.
