The room was not cleaned during my stay. The laundry facilities are do‑it‑yourself, which is ridiculous and unacceptable.

The hotel sits in a very central spot, but the staff often seem a bit indifferent, though overall it was acceptable.

I was charged for the room before I even arrived, and when I got there they demanded cash payment, which I gave. Trying to show them the change didn't help because the charge was in my home currency. Even after filing a complaint with the relevant authority and presenting receipts for both transactions, I never got my money back. I’m not sure whether it was the hotel’s mistake or a system error, but I ended up paying twice. Apart from that, the stay was pleasant for a budget room.

The staff were somewhat decent and generally friendly, but the rooms were old. Three of us stayed in a building with a lift on the second floor; the room was very small, old, and not very clean, with red bumps from insect bites on the legs and body that required a doctor’s visit. The other two of us stayed in a building without a lift on the fourth floor, so we had to climb stairs. Luckily my luggage wasn’t heavy. The rooms looked very old, and cleanliness scored 3 out of 5. Basic amenities were missing, like hair caps, and I had to borrow a hair dryer from the counter.
