“Não caia nesse golpe: as fotos do site não correspondem ao que o local é”

I never even got to stay there – there was no room available for my reservation, and after asking for a refund I’m still waiting for any money back. To make matters worse, the address on the listing was wrong, the building was dirty and chaotic, there was no reception staff, and the person at the front desk didn’t even know I had a paid booking from a month ago. The photos online don’t match the reality at all; it’s a disrespectful and ridiculous situation.

“Ótima hospedagem, fui muito bem recepcionada pela a dona da pousada, onde ela me colocou em um ótimo quarto com a minha”

The staff were friendly and checked me in nicely, and even though I was told I wasn’t entitled to breakfast, the owner personally prepared a wonderful coffee spread for my family. The room itself was comfortable and the setting very peaceful – I really liked that. The only downside was that the booking site didn’t make the extra charges clear, so I ended up paying for things I thought were included.

“Show de bola”

I liked everything about the place – it’s cozy, the reception team is attentive, and they’re currently renovating to improve the service. Even though it’s still a work‑in‑progress, I can’t find any real faults; they’re doing their best and I’m sure it’ll be great soon.
