Aurora Dome

“Amazing 🤩”

We had a genuinely memorable time at the Aurora Dome, staying in a tent surrounded by nature with dogs nearby whose happy barks added to the charm. The facilities were solid, and we could use a sauna whenever we wanted to unwind. The tent itself was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Every moment was enjoyable, though the breakfast on the day we left could have been better organized.

The place has a great atmosphere; it’s worth spending a night under the polar dome at least once. There were plenty of friendly dogs and access to a sauna, which was definitely a plus. The heating was insufficient and there was no electricity because of a failure in the tent’s installation.

Breakfast was decent for what it was. When I arrived, I was asked what level of breakfast I wanted and then I received exactly what I asked for.

“Pleine satisfaction”

The welcome was friendly. The dome’s location is very pleasant, surrounded by trees and far from other living buildings (common room, kitchen, sauna…). The sauna is available on request, very spacious, well‑heated, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, the common room is pleasant and open all hours. Extra blankets were provided immediately. A possible improvement would be an additional toilet, as waiting might be expected if all rooms are booked at the same time, though that wasn’t the case for us.

The sauna was excellent. We stayed in the small dome, and the atmosphere and view were amazing.
