Elena, who attended us, was always attentive. I made a mistake and couldn’t find the key because I didn’t watch the video; the location is perfect, close to train and bus stations, near the center of Aosta, and the view is exceptional, with a supermarket just around the corner. The listing never mentioned that the apartment is “shared”; I have photos from an August post with one review, but when I rented it had five good reviews, and suddenly when I was there it had 156 reviews—odd. The room keys were wrong, but a man came quickly and fixed it. Later I saw him cleaning and a woman making sure the windows were wiped while everything was still marked and the door full of fingerprints. They put clean towels, but I don’t know if the bathroom basket was cleaned in those four days, and the sheets weren’t changed. Checking those details, the place is very good.

“COME FOSSIMO A CASA NOSTRA”

We found the place very welcoming, clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious. The location is excellent and the directions to enter are very detailed. We recommend choosing it for a stay. Everything was very pleasant, nothing to report.

“Annonce mensongère, appartement partagé”

We thought we were arriving at a private apartment, but it turned out to be a shared one, which the listing didn’t mention. We only had one bedroom and a private bathroom. The kitchen and living room were shared with two other rooms, and to our surprise we found ourselves face‑to‑face with other people right after leaving the bathroom. The kitchen was Spartan, no microwave, no oven, shared fridge… The listing is misleading—avoid it.
