The staff here were absolutely lovely
However, I did think it was a bit odd that they didn't provide towels in the room

“Great Staff, Missing Essentials”
The staff here were absolutely lovely, even when we turned up at midnight. They made it super easy to get in touch with them, and they even turned on the lights outside so we could find our way in. However, I did think it was a bit odd that they didn't provide towels in the room.
