Saying it was an excellent time feels like saying nothing; we spent magical, amazing, and remarkable moments in the camp, and it gave us a total mind reset and body power. The people were very, very kind, hospitable, and we felt they cared for us all the time. If we had known it would be so awesome, we would have stayed more than two nights. Don’t miss a camel ride, a desert safari with a crazy driver, quads, and sandboarding. We’d like to thank Chief Alfarooq and the whole team for everything; it was the best part of our trip around Oman. There were no things like that.

We’re not new to desert stays, and this confirmed how special they can be. The tent was comfortable and clean, striking a good balance between authenticity and comfort. Even the Wi‑Fi worked well, which isn’t always the case in the middle of the desert. The staff were kind and attentive throughout, services were well organized, the food was good, and watching the starry sky at night was simply beautiful.
