The food was delicious, the bed comfortable, the TV large with great volume, the room fully controlled by a tablet, some dishes had reasonable prices, I was treated very well, the lighting was good, there was a ceiling speaker with Bluetooth, and the hygiene products were good quality. However, the drinks were ridiculously priced, some items had hidden prices, so check carefully when buying; the hair dryer outlet was broken and unprotected, the room wasn't soundproof, the location was bad but Uber is easy to find, and there is no exclusive pedestrian entrance. Still, the experience was worth it and I believe with the feedback it will improve; overall I liked it a lot!

Otimo custo benefício. Funcionários totalmente despreparados, a suíte vizinha estava rolando baile funk com som na ultima altura, liguei na recepção e falaram que iam pedir pra abaixar mas seguiram ate as 05:00 da manha

Nothing good. If you plan to stay overnight on a travel route, I wouldn't recommend it. Extremely noisy, both from neighboring rooms and the staff; no emergency power generator, so we were without electricity almost all night and early morning.

I really liked the breakfast and the blanket left in the room, but the attendant Francislene was very rude, the drink they made was impossible to taste, and when I complained the problem was not resolved.

The hydro and digital system were fine, but there was practically no room service; when I needed help I stayed in room 20 and the staff made noise all night, couldn't fix a Bluetooth that wasn't working, Netflix forced me to log in with my account because theirs had a problem, I called many times and got angry, they dared to tell me I should have called earlier; the person who had spoken had already left work, terrible service—if you don't want trouble, stay away from the work area, it was a scam for 500 reais for no peace.
