The room only had a bed and side tables. According to the pictures, the room was quite open, and from outside Residencial you could see you if you turned on the curtains. The property is very inside and on a narrow steep sloppy climb. Near the property, mostly residencies are there. What they promise on site was nothing there. All the rooms were dirty and a few had seepage. Our room was near the main gate without any security guard or caretaker. Early morning someone rang our doorbell at 6 AM to ask for the reception desk. Reception is on the first floor; anyone can enter or go. In our case, there were no toiletries after asking and requesting; they gave an old towel and a soap. The washroom was big in size but there was no exhaust fan; on the commode while using the seat water was dripping from somewhere not visible. The rooms don’t have fans but on site AC was mentioned. It was very suffocating as glass windows were there only; we couldn’t open them due to security purposes. As after opening it, anyone could get inside from the windows easily. We requested a table fan, with that we were able to survive for a night. No complementary water bottle, no tea or coffee material. No WiFi. They said the WiFi is malfunctioning so they can’t provide. The property is very deep inside the city far from the marketplace. Still, there was no facility of restaurant or kitchen. Not even tea. They gave a restaurant number which was very expensive and to deliver it would charge 100 rupees extra. Not so clean as pictures. No one was staying except us as all other rooms were vacant. Quite poor and disappointing experience. Mall and marketplace was very far.
