The hotel had a cute vibe and the staff were genuinely helpful. They took care of everything—from setting up a local tour to sorting out our transport to the next city. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

It was incredibly noisy; people were blasting music at the pool and in the rooms, and we had to ask repeatedly for the volume to be turned down. The front desk seemed indifferent, and the place is definitely not kid‑friendly. The rooms were dark and thin‑walled, so you could hear everything. The only thing that was decent was the pool.

Terrible service— the manager was rude and unfriendly. They never warned us that there was no electricity or backup generator, and the whole building seemed to have an internal power issue. When we asked for a refund, they gave us nothing, and to top it off there were rats everywhere.

The location is spot‑on and the facilities are beautiful, and most of the staff were upbeat and friendly, really showing that Guajiro hospitality. However, the afternoon reception desk was a different story: zero patience, rude, and no real solutions when the power went out one night. I asked for a lamp or a place to rest because of the heat and my visual impairment, and Andreina just shrugged and said it wasn’t her problem.
