I loved the fireplaces, the warm woodsy décor, and the large full kitchen for cooking. Having TV channel or internet TV options for guests would be a big plus.

The condo was large, spacious, with a full kitchen, a comfy bed, and all the comforts of home. Unfortunately, I asked for a first‑floor unit because of mobility problems but received a second‑floor one. From what the staff said, first‑floor units are scarce because they’re timeshares. She advised booking in March or April for a summer trip. Aside from the many steps, we loved the place and would stay again if a first‑floor unit were available.

The rooms were roomy and came with condo‑style gear, so we could cook for the family using the full kitchen and all the pots, pans, and plates. A ceiling fan kept the bedroom breezy, but there was no A/C, which made the heat a problem for an A/C addict. The spot was very quiet, and the living room had a TV with a DVD player, plus the hotel offered free movie rentals. A small community hot tub worked well, and the pool was lovely.

We’ve stayed here multiple times, yet on this visit we couldn’t return to the lodge in time for the 11 o’clock checkout; when we asked for a one‑hour extension, they said it wasn’t possible and claimed they weren’t near capacity.

The rooms were spacious and freshly remodeled, with new furniture that matched the décor. I’d definitely recommend it to friends. The only flaw was that the bedroom fireplace didn’t work.
