Unlimited drinks, decent overall cleanliness, great beachside location, and the hotel was basically cheap. The waves on the beach were entertaining. Between main meals the beach bar offered freshly made hamburgers, gyros, and pizza slices. The breakfast was bland and low‑quality. The machine coffee tasted sour. They didn’t consider gluten or lactose‑intolerant guests. The cooked food was generally tasteless. The restaurant was always chaotic, with long queues. Every day on the beach before the hotel you had to pay separately for a sunbed and umbrella, yet the sunbeds that the seagulls knocked over were not replaced. If something broke (like a beach shower or umbrella), it wasn’t repaired. The huge hotel has very few parking spaces and no shade anywhere. In Western Europe the hotel would only get a maximum of 3 stars.
This is our third time here… we love everything.
Everything was very good: rooms, view, location, varied food, cleanliness. We didn’t like that the hotel is on the front line, 5 stars, and that umbrellas and sunbeds had to be paid for extra! Some of the staff had little enthusiasm for their work.

Everything was pleasant. The hotel is actually a very large resort with all the necessary facilities; the beach is clean, very close to the lift, the pools have two bars plus a restaurant, a game room, high‑altitude views, and the rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff are very friendly, punctual, and the bar staff are very helpful and smiling. There are three shops where you can buy souvenirs, clothes, beach accessories, toys, etc. A superb stay!
