The location is close to tourist attractions. After waiting at the shop for all the customers who kept coming, I was escorted to a neighboring hotel where I received a room of 2.5 × 3 m, if not even smaller. Booking shows it as a room with 3 beds, so it’s much larger. About five bedbugs were waiting in the bathroom. The bathroom had no soap, only shower gel in the shower area. Huge pipes were under the sink and made a constant noise. The air conditioning didn’t work! I don’t recommend.

The place has a wonderful view of Tsarevets. The kids watched the light show and were satisfied.

The staff were super helpful, the room was clean, roomy and organized. Fast Wi‑Fi, perfect everything. The terrace lets you see the fortress straight on, and at night you can watch the lights. The photos don’t even capture how great it is.
