I loved the room and the location was spot‑on 👌; the staff were professional and helpful, but the bath plug didn’t work 😪.
“Excellent”
The decor is stunning and the vibe is calming, and everything seems fine at first glance.
“Hôtel parfait pour visiter Osaka. On aimerait qu ils soient tous aussi bien”
The location, cleanliness, room comfort, and the buffet provided are all excellent.
The location, food and amenities were good, but the room felt too small.
“Muy buena estancia”
Everything is great. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn’t help us send our luggage to another hotel because they said the service they used was delayed and they couldn’t offer a solution.
