The staff were amazing, especially Megan. The place was very clean and inviting. The first room I was in had a horrible odor and the AC wasn’t working properly, but I was quickly moved to another room. The walls are also very thin.

“Short one night acceptable accommodation”

The lobby and courtyard were nice, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The advertised heated pool turned out to be ice cold, and the room was dusty and didn’t feel like a four‑star or five‑star room, but it was acceptable for what I was there for.

I liked how close the hotel was to the food stores I prefer. When I tried to get a partial refund for leaving a day early, the desk clerk instead of refunding me charged an extra 383.00, which I finally received back a week later.

“Over priced, will look for a better hotel next time we visit Marysville”

The location was convenient, and the front staff were kind at check‑in, though none of the queen rooms were ready and the person ahead of me in line was brutal. Saturday’s breakfast attendant was amazing, keeping everything stocked and clean, and the lemon water in the lobby was lovely. The shower curtain was too short, so any spray would flop outside the tub and soak the floor; the tub didn’t drain until minutes after I turned the shower off, and there was hair in it when we arrived. Sunday morning’s breakfast staff were awful—many items had run out, and he didn’t seem attuned to the food or the guests. Bananas, apple cinnamon muffins, hot chocolate, and waffle mix were all gone. The AC in the unit blew hot air when the temperature was raised a degree instead of turning off briefly for the temp to rise.
