The price was basically the only thing to consider. The lady who checked us out in the morning was nice. The pillows were the flattest I’ve ever had. The comforter was stained and the room had a strong odd smell. The room was tiny.

Just a couple of miles from the UK hospital. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows.

The front desk staff were very pleasant to talk to. The area was very clean and well maintained.

The bed was comfy, fresh, clean, and smelled good. The bathroom was spotless. I had a nice desk, a microwave, a fridge, an iron, and an ironing board, and the room looked newly updated. However, the street right outside is noisy with traffic and sirens until 4 am, and the TV keeps clicking every 20 minutes, making it hard to sleep. People outside also made noise past 1 am. TV channels were limited. The lighting used harsh bright white bulbs, and the grey walls, grey vinyl floor, and black furniture made the room feel industrial and lacking coziness.

The location is close to the hospital and the beds are comfortable. The floor feels gritty, as if it isn’t clean.
