The staff were amazing! We had an issue with the booking not sending info to the hotel after we paid and confirmed, and this hotel stepped in for us. They gave us a room anyway and checked us in since it was later at night. The manager handled all details, ensuring we weren’t charged twice and kept in communication. The hotel was very nice, but the staff made it exceptional! It was all great!

Very close to the airport, perfect for transiting visitors with a long or overnight layover in Dallas.

Great location and transport from the airport, excellent service from start to finish, and the breakfast was very good. It would help if we didn’t have to call by phone for the transfer and could notify via WhatsApp or Booking; I didn’t have an American phone number and it was hard to arrange the pickup to go to the hotel.

We ate breakfast, it was very good; the cafeteria was very clean and smelled delicious. I loved my stay and plan to come back in December.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent, and the location was convenient, but the workout room was in bad condition and there were no clocks in the room.
