“Shit plaza”
I recently had a disappointing experience at the Diamond Plaza Hotel, where I had a confirmed booking for a triple room. Upon arrival at 6 pm, I was unexpectedly sent to a subpar alternative room in a different hotel, the Golden Star, which was at least a kilometer away. Unfortunately, the room was cramped, with no space to open my luggage, and it hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guests. The bedsheets and pillow cover showed clear signs of use and were in need of a change.
