The location is good. The bed is very uncomfortable, with springs that stick out.
Nothing. I didn’t like anything—photos on Booking don’t match the reality of the place, which is downright shabby. The pool area is abandoned and dirty, the breakfast area is filthy, and there are ants in the coffee and microwave area. The room itself was dirty, with hair on the floor and sheets, cobwebs behind the headboard, a broken shower head that detached from the wall, and a mattress with broken springs that made the bed uncomfortable. The walls were dirty, the windows were dusty and dirty. Usually I don’t write reviews, but this experience ruined what should have been a three‑day stay (2 nights); because of the place’s poor condition we left after the first night.

The place is wonderful, located two kilometres from the town, but if you don’t have a vehicle it’s quite far. There’s a pool. Breakfast includes pastries, coffee and juice, which is fine. The room is correct. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the fridge in the room made a lot of noise, so we had to turn it off at night.

It was very clean, the host was great, and breakfast was excellent with fresh cornettos and other bakery items. The pool area had a nice view, the location was quiet, and the town was a 20‑minute walk while the beach was 15 minutes away. It’s clear the place is a few years old, but the room was fantastic for an amazing price.

The gentleman who attended us was very attentive and friendly, and they offered free parking. The breakfast, however, was quite ordinary.
