The place was easy to navigate and very clean, yet everything was automated and there were few face‑to‑face interactions, making it hard to get restaurant info.

The view was lovely. The noise from the pool could be heard clearly in the room. The built in seating in the room was facing the wrong way therefore we couldn't see the view I paid for. There was broken screens in the lifts, lights flickering in our room. Lastly and most importantly, it took forever to check in, the cue was a mile long and for reception/lobby is third-rate. It was uncomfortable and like been in a catle run

The location was central to everything we needed in Sydney, and we were there to see My Fair Lady at the Opera House. More cafés selling items beyond chicken would have been nice; the café in the middle was our favorite, especially for breakfast 😋. There was no cocktail bar after dinner that didn’t have the casino’s noise.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and functional, but the buffet breakfast felt like a shopping‑centre food court: utensils were dirty, tables were dirty, and the food was below average.
