The lobby and restaurant look nice, and breakfast is superb. The staff are attentive and help solve problems. The room feels uncomfortable, outdated, and not up to the hotel’s category, so it needs urgent repair. The shower door doesn’t close fully.

Check‑in was quick, the location is good, and the place is clean. Everything looks worn out and morally outdated. Everything is shabby; you can see they clean and wash, but the hotel really needs fixing. The windows are so terrible they look like abandoned houses.

The restaurant is good, breakfast is excellent with a nice variety, and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately the TV is an old model, you can’t connect an external screen except via a cable. The room has many large green bed bugs; we counted about 15 in two days.
