The location is great and very accessible from Arlanda terminal and all parts of town, but the service is nonexistent and the staff rude; we stayed 3 nights and asked to skip daily cleaning, yet when we requested towel changes, one housekeeper near our room replied rudely that this was not his responsibility and wouldn’t give us towels; I asked reception to contact housekeeping for the used towels, but it never happened; I emailed the hotel before check‑in and never received a reply; at breakfast at 9:00 several items were finished with no replacement (milk, fruit); the room’s window faced the lifts, so guests cannot open curtains at all, providing no privacy or natural daylight.
