Nothing good. The property charges premium rates while the amenities are far below expectations.

The location was great and easy to reach. The staff were very helpful and fulfilled every request. However, there was no cold water or heating available 24/7; we had to keep asking. The property is huge but understaffed, so cleanliness suffered.
