“Great place to relax and unwind, enjoy the orchard views, company and location.”

Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were wonderful; we loved staying at this farmhouse, enjoying the orchard and city views from the common area. The evenings were very quiet, and the property sits just outside the city so restaurants are a short drive away. The location is nice and the road signs clearly show how to get there. The GPS, however, didn’t mark the hotel correctly (not the hotel’s fault, blame the tech), so it’s best to follow the yellow signs and avoid the little gravel roads behind the hotel.

“A great quiet base to explore from.”

The setting is tranquil and close to the old town, though a car is needed for easy access. We stayed in a larger room that felt very roomy and comfortable. The quiet courtyard and the higher terrace were great spots for a drink or a bite. Remember to bring your own food because the property only provides breakfast. Breakfast was good value, high quality, and the fresh yogurt was a treat. It’s a pity that you can only see the old town from the lounge, but that small drawback is acceptable in such an old yet delightful property. Aside from that, everything is perfect.
