“Lovely but dampened by the position of the room”
The accommodation and facilities were great. However, our room was an 8‑minute walk from the main building, and a complimentary shuttle or bikes should have been available.

The house was spacious and in pretty good condition, but the check‑in was slow, the staff were not very friendly, and the worst part was the 10:00 am checkout; after insisting a lot, they finally let us out at 12:00.

The house feels like a family-friendly spot with a fully equipped kitchen, and the pool is right next to the room while a larger one sits in the lobby. However, basic cooking items like salt and oil are missing, the furniture looks a bit dated but still works, and you can’t swap out the sheets for free. A real downside is that nothing is arranged for young people to mingle with adults—maybe the staff could set up ping‑pong, football, or volleyball tournaments. Also, it’s a bit disappointing that the lobby pool closes at 21:00.

The on‑site facilities are fantastic, the pools are lovely, and the beds, pillows, and other bedding are top quality. The only drawback is that you’ll need a car to get around, even though the resort is just 15 minutes from Palma. The main restaurant is poor for the price, and the local pools have limited access times. You’ll also be asked to attend a timeshare presentation, but a firm “no” will do.

We stayed in spacious, lovely apartments with wonderful beds and pillows, and the bathrooms were also in great shape, with daily cleaning done thoroughly; the semi‑private pools (shared by about five apartments each) were fine, and we enjoyed tasty meals at La Finca and La Terrazza. However, the Sales & Marketing team was a real nuisance: before we even checked in they bombarded us with emails asking when we wanted the welcome package and whether 9 am in the morning would work, despite us making it clear we needed peace after a tough period and didn’t want to be disturbed early. They kept reminding us about the welcome package, then during the welcome chat and a survey they tried to push a one‑hour presentation that promised a €250 credit for resort spending if we joined; the talk dragged on far beyond the hour, so we asked to hear the last five minutes, but then they revealed a €31,000 membership fee (reduced to €17,000 with a discount) payable in installments. I might have considered it later for upcoming trips, but our patience had run out. After we declined, they still asked us to evaluate the presentation in another meeting, which would have left the kids alone for almost two hours. When they later offered another deal to move us to a different Marriott resort, we finally gave up. We booked this resort for relaxation and comfort, and while the €250 credit sounded nice, the whole ordeal was far more irritating than worthwhile; they should simply state the cost up front and then explain any benefits instead of dragging it out.
