The location was fine. The night staff were unhelpful and apathetic, not trained for reception duties, and they couldn’t resolve a reservation issue at check‑in.

The tension and the bed were good. The animation was very small.

I slept well, but everything else was fine. The cleaning was excellent, and Don Arturo at reception was very attentive, along with all the staff.
