Everything and especially all the Charoku Bekkan Team’s care. We lived the Japanese Perfection where every detail is looked at to ensure the best customer experience possible! Nothing else to add.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing, intricate, and full of unique flavours, and the host went out of his way to explain everything in English. The seaview room was exceptionally beautiful and comfortable, and the service—from check‑in to check‑out—felt like a performance art. The onsen was pretty, and if you time it right you can see both the hot springs and the sea.
