The front desk staff greeted us warmly, though I couldn’t get the name of the second receptionist who was less friendly. The bathroom wall was stained, and the room and bed were smaller than the advertised double king I booked for the first night. The minibar only had a thermos and two bottles of water, and there was no power socket next to the bed as promised – I had to use the window ledge instead. The view from the window was awful, the air‑conditioning was weak, and I had to rely on a rusted electric fan. Photos confirm these issues.

Nothing good to mention. The place had a terrible odor, far from what the photos showed, and the room was tiny with no windows, letting in the noise of pipes all night. I found hair and dirt in the bed, the floor was filthy, the shower was not functional, and there were countless ants in the bathroom and bedroom. When I pointed it out, the staff simply apologized and said “that’s all”.

The team was fantastic—friendly and helpful. The spot is convenient, close to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The only downside was construction noise early in the morning, which is a common issue in the area right now.

The hotel’s proximity to the beach is a plus, just a few minutes on foot. However, the room’s view faced active construction that started at 7 am, making it extremely noisy. The hotel didn’t inform us about this beforehand, and the room wasn’t cleaned upon arrival.
