The location was great, the breakfast spread and quality were very good, and the rooms were clean and decent. The cottage, however, does not have a living room as the website claimed.

The place is great because of its location.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the manager gave us a complimentary upgrade when we arrived. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choices, and we really enjoyed our stay at Foxoso; we’ll definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to stay near Baga beach.

When I got there, they told me my reservation supposedly didn’t exist. Neither the hotel staff nor the booking customer service cared, so I was left standing on the street without a room while the hotel just shrugged and said it was my problem.

There were some good aspects, like the fact that 好 (meaning “it’s good”) showed up, yet the same 好 turned out to be a drawback, leaving the overall experience just okay.
