Occidental Puerto Banús

The location is exceptional, very prime. There was no staff to help with luggage, the breakfast was bad, the bathrobes and slippers were missing, the toilet was leaking.

“For the price paid, you can definitely find better”

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, but if you’re after peace and quiet by the pool, forget it: it’s noisy because it’s right next to the motorway. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell from a bad ventilation system, and it took five days to fix a towel rack.

Breakfast was very complete, the location was great, parking was free on the street nearby, and the facilities were modern.

“Great Location & Good Breakfast, but EXTREMELY Poor Staff Attitude”

The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, fresh fruit, and hot drinks, but the staff’s attitude was very disappointing; none of them were particularly nice or welcoming, they all seemed nervous and on edge, and most of our inquiries were met with unfriendly facial expressions and attitude, which was extremely annoying. When we were leaving the hotel last night and asked for help with our luggage, the response was simply, “I am alone here, I cannot help,” which was very disappointing and not the level of service you would expect from a hotel.

“Soggiorno a Puerto Banús”

La posizione centralissima, la struttura, il comfort e la tranquillità che si respira in ogni angolo, la presenza di numerosi servizi tra i quali un bellissimo ristorante, una pizzeria, un bar, piscine esterne ed una palestra attrezzatissime, la cordialità e la gentilezza dello staff, il comfort e la spaziosità delle camere letto, la pulizia generale ed infine la colazione eccezionale, rendono l’Occidental Puerto Banús un Hotel fantastico!
